Before you ask

What time is check-in and check-out?: Check-in is from 12:00, check-out until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can usually be arranged — just ask.
Do you provide airport transfers?: Yes. Tell us your flight in advance and we will pick you up from King Hussein International Airport.
Can you help book tours to Petra and Wadi Rum?: That is most of what we do. Schedules and prices are on the tours page, or ask at reception.
Is there Wi-Fi?: Free high-speed Wi-Fi in every room and all common areas. Guests work remotely from here regularly.
What payment methods do you accept?: Cash only: Jordanian Dinars, US Dollars or Euros. There is a Jordan Kuwait Bank ATM close by with no commission.
